Thereafter any outstanding balance will be charged at the Standard Balance rate applicable to your Card. These promotional rates will apply provided that you make the minimum payment each month, keep within your Credit Limit and comply with the other terms of your agreement. Cancellation Rights: You have a right to cancel this agreement. This right will expire 14 calendar days after we accept your application. You can exercise your right to cancel this agreement by contacting us at Goldfish, P.O. Box 3598, Glasgow G68 9YW. If you cancel this agreement, you will have to repay any credit taken before cancellation and may have to pay any charges incurred if you have used the card.

§ You will not be liable for any losses resulting from the unauthorised use of your Card providing you comply with Condition 9 of the Card Conditions.

By entering this prize draw entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these prize draw terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. Defined words in these terms and conditions shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Leeds Building Society Card Conditions. 1. This prize draw is open to all Leeds Building Society cardholders over 18 years of age and residing in the UK. Employees of Goldfish Card Services Limited and Leeds Building Society are excluded from this promotion. 2. No purchase is necessary. Registering for the draw gives the cardholder one entry into the prize draw. An additional entry for the prize draw will be awarded for each Purchase made with your Card between 1 July 2008 and midnight 30 September 2008. Prizewinner will be drawn by an independent party by 6th October 2008 and will be notified by telephone and/or post by 10th October 2008. 6.
