An Early Repayment Charge will be payable by you to the Society (in addition to all other sums payable) in the event that you repay the Advance in full or in part (other than the Monthly Payments) or your Advance is transferred to a different product before the expiration of the Fixed Rate Period. The Early Repayment Charge will be calculated by reference to the wholesale cost then prevailing for the unexpired portion of the fixed rate period and the wholesale rate prevailing at the date of the completion of the Advance. If, at the date of redemption or transfer, the wholesale rate prevailing is higher than the wholesale rate at completion, no early repayment charge will be incurred. If, however, the wholesale rate is lower an early repayment charge will be incurred. The Redemption Fee is calculated in accordance with the following formula: -
