Buy to Let applications will only be accepted from applicants with a minimum income of £20k per annum (for joint applications at least one applicant must satisfy this criteria).

What happens at the end of the Special Product Period?
At the end of the Special Fixed/Tracker/Capped/Discounted period of each product detailed above, your mortgage will revert to our Buy to Let Variable Rate applicable at the time (currently 7.39%).
What about Insurance Tied Products?
Some Leeds Building Society mortgages are discounted if Home Insurance or building insurance is taken. The discounted rates are shown and included in the “Gross Rate”. If you choose not to take our Home Insurance, then an alternative product is available without the 0.24% discount and 0.24% will be added to the interest rate for the term detailed in the ‘Home Insurance Required Until’ column.
Re-Mortgaging?
Leeds Building Society can offer a quick and efficient in-house re-mortgage legal service. The cost of this excellent service is £250 in England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland (this service is FREE on certain products). Using our re-mortgage service ensures that your re-mortgage goes through quickly so you can benefit from our product rates sooner. The service includes all re-mortgage fees but additional fees may be payable for extra work, for example, if a new owner is to be added to the deeds. (Not available on shared ownership or buy to let).
