Important notes
Interest is paid annually unless stated otherwise. Any changes in variable interest rates
will be published in at least two daily national newspapers from the following list: The Times, The Daily Telegraph & Daily Mail.
AER means Annual Equivalent Rate and illustrates what the interest rate would be if interest was paid and added each year.
§ Gross means the rate payable before the deduction of tax.
^ Net rates are illustrative only and assume tax at 20%.
**Tax free means that interest payable is exempt from Income Tax.
Rate details of closed issue fixed rate accounts where the rate is still fixed have not been included in the summary.
The following accounts track the Bank of England Base Rate; Tracker ISA, Tracker Saver (Issues 2 to 7), Danum
Tracker, Trent Tracker, Beacons Tracker, Dragon Tracker and Tracker Gold.

Annual Interest – Golden Flexi Plus, High Yield Term Shares, Capital Access, Extra Special Bonus Shares, Premium Shares,
Super Saver, Special Bond Shares, Select Notice Shares, Special Notice Shares (2nd issue) and Capital Accumulator.
Monthly Interest – High Yield Term Shares (monthly), Monthly Interest Shares, Extra Special Bonus Shares
(monthly) and Capital Interest.
